Building Services – Learning Outcome
Typical infrastructure and operation of building services for various building types to provide the Surveyor with an appreciation and understanding of the basic physical scientific principles that relate to the design of buildings.
The module will provide a holistic view of the built environment and in particular the importance of asset performance.
