Users can create scenarios to prolong and manage asset replacement over the contract period whilst considering the risk and cost aspects of the changes. The FMR application controls the impact of deferring asset replacement beyond the CIBSE guideline and indicates high-risk strategies for capital replacement.
The Assets55 FMR uses the output quality asset database from the Assets55 collection application to provide a total replacement cost projection across a given contract term based on the remaining life by adopting the CIBSE (Guide M) guidelines for life expectancy.
It is not designed to manage or predict the acceptance of risk by our customers or predict the actual year in which an individual asset would fail.
